How to Exercise Your Rights

You can exercise your rights by submitting a request through our Data Subject Request Form on this page, or by contacting our Data Protection Officer directly at dpo@latamstaffers.com.

We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. Occasionally, it may take us longer if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

Verification of Identity

To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to provide additional information to confirm your identity.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your data rights. This means we will not:
